Michael Beeter, President/CEO ^email

Mr. Beeter is Graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering. Mr. Beeter is the Financial Business Manager for the company in coordinating all aspects of the business from financial responsibilities to marketing, sales, estimating, project management, safety and field operations. Mr. Beeter is also involved in maintaining customer relationships with select clients. Mr. Beeter is married with two children and currently resides in Colleyville, Texas.

Edward Reising, Vice-President Estimating ^email

Mr. Reising has over 25 years experience in the North Texas commercial roofing industry. He is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of estimating and sales. Mr. Reising also works closely with our marketing personnel in obtaining new customers and maintaining existing customers. Mr. Reising has been able to promote the performance of the company in being able to maintain a consistent backlog of work in excess of 12 million dollars. Mr. Reising is married with two grown children and currently resides in Haslet, Texas.

Todd Davenport, Senior Estimator ^email

Todd Davenport, 32, joined BRI Roofing in 2005 as an estimator and project manager. Todd came to BRI Roofing with 11 plus years of experience in the commercial building industry. Today, Mr. Davenport performs as a Senior Estimtaor for our company. Todd is more than capable of securing 4-6 million in contracts on an annual basis for BRI Roofing. Todd resides in Saginaw, Texas with his wife and two children.

Danny Durland, Vice President of Field Operations/ Senior Project Manager ^email

Mr. Durland joined BRI Roofing in September of 2008. Danny has ten plus years experience in the commercial roofing industry as an estimator and project manager. Mr. Durland's duties include the oversight of all project management and field production personnel in being able to maintain estimated profit levels for BRI Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. Danny's main objective is to improve the profitability of each project in managing personnel and purchasing efforts on a daily basis. Mr. Durland currently resides in Arlington, Texas.

Jake Miller, Project Manager ^email

Jake Miller joined BRI Roofing in February 2009 in the role of Project Manager. By way of Lubbock, Texas, Jake brings 18 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry. Mr. Miller is responsible for the execution of projects and providing excellent customer service. Mr. Miller coordinates all aspects of the projects assigned to him in order to meet the customers scheduling requirements as well as maintaining the BRI Roofing man-hour schedules for projects under his direction. Mr. Miller currently resides in Saginaw, Texas and has two boys, a girl and another one on the way.

Stephen Cole, Safety Director ^email

Stephen Cole joined BRI Roofing & Sheet Metal, LLC in June 2010. Mr. Cole is a 2008 Graduate of York College where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Mr. Cole was also a student athlete in basbeball throughout his college career. Mr. Cole is currently being trained to become the Safety Director of BRI Roofing. He will oversee all aspects of the BRI Safety Program including employee training and documentation, OSHA documentation and jobsite inspection. The BRI Roofing Safety Director will enhance our current program with the company's outside safety consultant who will be retained as well.

Norma Rangel, Operations Assistant ^email

Norma Rangel is an Operations Assistant within BRI Roofing & Sheet Metal, LLC. Norma is responsible for maintaining accurate records of employee safety training, toolbox meetings and overall Safety Program Administration with the company's in house Safety Director and third party Safety Consutlant. Mrs. Rangel also maintains the customer database, project database and service/repair database of the company and is instrumental in documenting the work performed by the company on a dailay basis. Norma is also involved in the scheduling and invoicing of all service department work. Mrs. Rangel is married with three children and currently resides in Haltom City, Texas.
